Fee
The marketplace charges approx. 8 % of the gross price, including payment processing. Payouts are made via a payment provider.
Review right
mycarapp.store may review every app and update before publication and at any time afterwards.
Suspension right
We may remove an app from the store immediately in case of security risks, legal violations or breaches of this agreement. The reason is logged.
Updates & vulnerabilities
The provider keeps the app up to date and reports security vulnerabilities to us without delay.
Provider liability
The provider is responsible and liable for its app, its content and its support.
Indemnification
The provider indemnifies the marketplace against third-party claims arising from its app.
No malware
Malware, hidden functions and unauthorised access to vehicle functions are prohibited.
Safety-relevant apps
Performance and Assist apps are only published by the manufacturer or with its approval for each brand.
